You can Thank me later - Read about St.Botanica Vitamin C 20% + Vitamin E & Hyaluronic Acid Facial Serum now (5 tips & 5 precautions included)

Hello guys, it's been long time.
how are you all? it's nice to catch up again with my favourite product review.
i'm so skeptical about using vitamin c on my face before buying this one. As it is a citric acid and having a dark spots, so wanted to get rid of them at any cost.

so, got it finally bought it on 6th july 2018. i can totally know about it and used in several ways.

My skin type is oily to combination and i can say it can be used by dry and sensitive skin beauties too.
it is so light weight and sinks into skin good and not at all feels greasy. A good 5 drops on my entire face and neck are enough.

I like to use it every alternative night., that feels so good.

Ingredients list:

Purified Water, Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (Vitamin C) 20%, Vegetable Glycerin, Botanical Hyaluronic Acid (Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide), Polysorbate 20, Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM), Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) Extract, Aloevera (Aloe Barbadensis) Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis) Cold Pressed Oil, Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) Extract, Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) Extract, Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense) Extract, Di Sodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium sorbate, Xanthan gum, Geranium (Rose Geranium) Essential Oil, Bergamot (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia) Essential Oil, Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea) Oil, Matricaria (Chamomilla Recutita) Flower Extract, Citric Acid.

It has the best ingredients and love the 20% vitamin c because it has also fade out the dark spots. I saw the difference on my light scars after using two times, i don't have any deep scars
but i can see huge difference after using it for 1 month even on dark/deep scars, and overall brightening of face.

It has all good witch hazel, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic acid and glycerin for moisturizing and i love each of these ingredients.

How to Use:

Always use this serum on washed face. You can pair this up with Vitamin E cream but yes you can use it alone.
some says it is better to use vitamin c at night, but some people says you can day time too. its at your own risk but i suggest you to use only at night. Do not mix with any other oils/essential oils.
After use, always make sure the cap is tightly closed.

This is how i use it. oil cleanser> foam cleanser> essence> serum> moisturiser. i skip the physical/chemical exfoliation on the day i use vitamin c.

In a tiny drop of vitamin c serum mix any eye cream/ moisturizer and apply under your dark circles. it brightened and faded out my dark circles.

If you have very sensitive skin, you can mix this with your moisturiser and apply evenly.

it is in pale orange clear solution, because of other ingredients it has that orange tint to it. so, dont doubt that it may be oxidised. light transparent yellowish / orangish.it is formulated with 20% vitamin c, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid. The form of vitamin c in it is Sodium ascorbyl phosphate.

it won't make you fair. but definitely brightenes your skin

Targeted For:

pigmentation,acne, darkspots, hyperpigmentation, matured/ageing skin

Now, it is available in pump packaging which is better than the dropper packaging.

It's a amber coloured glass bottle. I wanna buy the newly packaged one after i finish now current Bywishtrend Vitamin c serum. The pump one is definitely easy to use.

Expiry date: 2 years but 6 months after opening

Quantity: 20 ml

Price: I bought it for 1199/- but worth every penny

Availability: Nykaa , Amazon , Flipkart, Myntra

Can you see the residue?

You should keep it in refrigerator only to avoid early oxidation of the product. Otherwise it turns yellow really soon and loses its efficiency.

I discontinued using it after i see some residue coming along with the serum, thought it is gonna deteriorate soon. it can be use for good 6 months as we should complete before 6 months after opening the bottle.

Oxidation and forming residue is quite common with any vitamin c serum.

If you see VItamin C, it has 20% concentration. Others wont have it. Similarly goes with other serums. They specialise in their actives and the other ingredients are also different based on the purpose

When should we start using anti-aging products?

It is difficult to state the right age of using anti-aging creams. Signs of aging do not appear at the same time for everyone, it depends on various external as well as internal factors such as diet, exercise, UV Exposure, lifestyle habits, environment etc. Collagen production starts to decline by 1% every year after 21 years of age. So, it’s safer to start using such products early to boost collagen production as well to avoid future skin damage.

This is a gentle solution that suits even the most sensitive skin types.

Paraben free.

sinks in fast and not at all greasy
The fragrance is citrusy scent and not too strong.

Conclusion:

St.botanica Vitamin C serum is my favourite vitamin C serum in the market. No wonder it is loved by everyone out there. I love how it plumped up and fade out all my blemishes such sooner. I definitelyyyy buy again and again and I highly recommend to everyone.
